• No order is confirmed until you hear from us. Your order will be officially confirmed with the desired date/time once the deposit payment is received. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

• Custom orders require a 50% deposit at booking, with a 14-day advance notice for your desired pickup or delivery date and time.

​

• The remaining balance of your order must be paid  days in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date. We will send you a payment reminder closer to the due date.

​

• Orders with a fulfillment date within 1 week must be fully paid by the specified date upon order confirmation. No refunds, but we can discuss rescheduling or credit for unexpected events.
